Digital Products
Iris Insight Reports and other digital products are delivered by email within 5–7 working days of your order being placed. You will receive your report directly to the email address provided at checkout.
Physical Products
Cosmic Keepsake Pendants and Cosmic Iris Wall Art are handcrafted to order. Please allow 7–14 working days for production and dispatch. You will receive a dispatch notification with tracking information once your order has been shipped.
UK Shipping
Standard UK delivery is included in the product price. Orders are sent via Royal Mail Tracked. Delivery typically takes 2–3 working days from dispatch.
International Shipping
International shipping is available on physical products. Costs and delivery times vary by destination and will be calculated at checkout. Please note that customs duties and import taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the recipient.
Treatments & Workshops
Treatments and workshops are delivered in person or remotely as agreed with Caron. No physical shipping applies. You will be contacted directly to arrange your session or workshop details.
