Made to Order
All physical products at Vision Seekers Customs — including Cosmic Keepsake Pendants and Cosmic Iris Wall Art — are made to order using your personal iris photography. As each item is uniquely created for you, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds unless the item arrives damaged or faulty.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of receipt at [email protected] with your order details and photographs of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
Digital Products
Due to the personalised and digital nature of Iris Insight Reports, we are unable to offer refunds once the report has been delivered. If you have any concerns about your report, please contact us and we will do our best to address them.
Treatments & Workshops
Cancellations for treatments and workshops must be made at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice may not be eligible for a refund. Please contact us directly to discuss your circumstances.
